  • Repeat positive known affirmations, or you can create your own.
  • Use spoken prayers or using your own words.
  • Focus your love and gratitude. In this type of self hypnosis, you focus your attention on a sacred object or being, weaving feelings of love and gratitude into your thoughts. You can also your imagination or gaze at representations of the spiritual being or n object.

Building your self hypnosis skills
